OK, welcome to my new brainchild... I call it GMAC. What is GMAC you ask? (Well I know you didn't, but as I thought it up, and I'm proud of my new acronym, I'm desperate to tell you! G.M.A.C. ...Get....Massive...And...Cut Well in my cutting cycle right now and struggling. I know that for my particular genetic makeup, going to bed hungry helps me shred out the fat, but I find it so difficult!I love food and for some reason in particular I've been craving junk food (Pot Noodles are calling me EVERY day!). It's odd, when I'm building muscle, and I'm hitting the weights, my motivation to eat less, eat healthy is fine, even more strong when I'm pumping iron, but when I'm trying to cut it's a nightmare! My big weaponm in the effort to combat hunger is soup. If I can drink enough soup to make me feel full then that really helps, but for example, it's 11pm and I'm famished. I know I should be having my protein but it's just so tough when I have a pot noodle in the house. Right, I've convinced myself. Off to the kithcen now for protein. Man it up. As always, ask yourself... What Would Arnie Do?. Exactly.
